The result The project's goal was to create an efficient and user-friendly mobile app that optimises the ordering process at the Ciao Bella restaurant in the Skyline shopping centre in Frankfurt. The implementation of the real-time transmission and the direct communication between the service staff and the chefs has significantly improved efficiency and speed in the restaurant. Additionally, the offline functionality via a local network ensures continuous operation, even without an internet connection, leading to high reliability. The app has simplified the ordering process and reduced waiting times, enhancing the experience for both customers and staff.
